Shipping Policy
For Metro Cebu parcels, we will deliver your orders via local delivery providers such as Lalamove, Maxim or Angkas. Delivery Fee will be shouldered by the buyer.

We can accommodate same-day delivery provided the order has been paid before 12nn. Orders beyond this time will be delivered the next day.
For Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao parcels, we will deliver your orders via local couriers such as LBC, GoGo Express, and J&T. Shipping will take around 1-2 weeks. Tracking numbers will be sent out once parcels have been delivered.

Our shipping schedule is from Monday - Friday. Orders made and paid for on the weekend are shipped on Mondays. This schedule may change according to delivery volumes.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns and exchanges may be made up to 5 days after the package has been delivered, provided that the item is unused and undamaged; and subject to stock availability.

The buyer will be responsible for all exchange and delivery fees that will be incurred. Any request for exchange should be sent via email at wearsugarrush@gmail.com or DM on our IG @wearsugarrush.
